Free brand teardown

Book a call.

A free brand teardown, thirty minutes on Google Meet with a designer. We review your site before the call, so the whole half hour goes to your questions.

Get answers to questions like

  • Does our brand earn trust at first glance?
  • What’s working, and what’s costing us?
  • A rebrand, a refresh, or a few fixes?
  • What would it cost, and how soon?

What happens in the 30 minutes.

Before

We review your site first.

We look at your site, your brand, and two or three competitors, so you don’t spend the call explaining.

On the call

You get the teardown.

What’s working, where you’re losing trust, and the fixes that matter most, in order.

After

You decide.

Make the fixes yourself, or have us build your brand. If you want us to build it, we walk you through how it works.

Here’s exactly what the month looks like.

If you want us to build it, this is the engagement. It starts with the brands you like and ends with a new brand, a new website, and the assets you’ll use every day. Most clients spend about four hours with us across the whole month.

  1. Day 1Tell us what you like.

A working session where we walk you through dozens of high-end brands and learn what you like and what you don’t. You react, we take notes, and we talk through your business and who you compete with.

  2. Week 1Pick a direction.

We send three brand directions, each a different look for your business, and walk you through them. Pick one, or tell us what’s off and we build another.

  3. Weeks 2 to 4We build your brand and site.

We build the complete brand around the direction you picked and carry it through your site and everything else your team uses. Two rounds of changes, then 30 days of fixes after launch.

Questions

Before you book.

Something else? Email kevin@depopas.com.

Is it really free?

Yes. No deposit, no pitch deck, and nothing to sign. You leave with the fixes that matter most, in order, whether or not you hire us.

Who will I talk to?

Kevin DePopas, who designs every brand and site himself. Not a salesperson.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. Your website is enough. If you have a deck, a competitor you admire, or a brand you love, bring it.

Who should join?

Anyone who has a say in the brand. Usually a founder, and sometimes whoever leads marketing.

What if we’re not ready to rebrand?

Then we’ll tell you. Sometimes a few fixes are the right answer, and you can make them yourself.

What does a brand cost?

You get a quote on the call, based on what you need. The brand and website sprint includes the strategy, the identity, the website, and the launch kit, in one engagement. Pitch decks, motion, and more can be added.

How long does it take?

About a month for the brand and the website. Brand only is about two weeks. If you need it sooner, we can expedite.
